We have a large selection of cakes for any occasion. Traybake slices are the most popular choice, randomly selected £1.90 each. Individually selected priced as marked. We cut the slice into bite sizes ‘’normally three bits per slice’’. Gluten free cakes are available – subject to 48 hours’ notice. Not all the cakes are available at all time. If you require a specific product, please give us minimum 48 hours’ notice.

A buttery shortcake base topped with a compote of crushed black cherries, an almond sponge and finished with a generous sprinkling of flaked almonds.

Crushed biscuits, rolled oats and pecan nuts wrapped in maple flavoured syrup and melted caramel, smothered with dark chocolate.

Two layers of real butter shortcake, with a thick Bramley apple filling, sprinkled generously with Demerara sugar. A really nice buttery, apple taste and very good as a dessert as well as a cake.
