Just a quick note to wish you all the very best for Christmas and the New Year and to thank you and your fantastic staff for everything that they have done not just this year but throughout the past 11.5 years….  I leave the business at the end of this week, and E&L’s have been there throughout my tenure.

I have heard that lunch was a success the past weeks and I would like to order some for next Monday too.

 Apologies for the delay in getting back to you. Thank you for providing samples for us to try; my colleagues commented on quality and freshness of the ingredients. I should be able to get back to you within the next few weeks with the decision on whether we’re going to go ahead and register you as one of our suppliers.  

— I just wanted to give you a bit of feedback on the buffet lunch you provided today. Toby said it was the best buffet lunch he’s had here!  His favourite was the Caesar salad! Toby said they didn’t need the fruit as it was enough and people didn’t really go for the fruit.

Thank you very much for your efforts.  I will keep a note of this for future reference. Also, he said it was a very good combination of food.
