• An invoice will be issued with the correct amount, including VAT if applicable

• Orders accepted up to seven days in advance. - we do not recommend placing orders more than seven days ahead.

We always confirm receipt of emails, if you’ve not received confirmation, we might not have received your email. If not confirmed, please call to check.

• The more time given - better the results! We make / prepare all products to order, so we need enough notice to prepare the food for your order!

  • All orders, require minimum of two working days’ notice. 

  • Large orders of 30 people or more, require minimum of 3 working days’ notice. 

  • Twenty-four hours’ notice required for amendments or cancellations.

  • Orders can only be amended up to 12 pm the day before the delivery date.

  • We reserve the right to refuse to accept or deliver any order if terms are not adhered to.

• BACS Payment is the preferred choice, Bank details on Invoice.

• Invoices are issued on the day of delivery or shortly thereafter.

• Q: What are your delivery hours, and can I request a specific slot?

• Our London corporate catering delivery times feature a 30-minute arrival windows to suit your meeting schedule. Whether you need an early 8:00 AM breakfast delivery in Mayfair or a sharp 12:30 PM working lunch in the City, our local drivers ensure your food arrives fresh and right on time.

• Q: How do I track my order on the day?

• A: We don't rely on unreliable third-party apps or gig-economy couriers. Our team has direct contact with our drivers for instant, stress-free updates.

• We deliver Monday to Friday.

• Breakfast delivered from 7.30 am to 9.00 am. Additional £40.00 per hour applies for earlier delivery.

• Lunch delivered from 10.30 am to 12.30 pm.

• Q: Do you have a minimum order value?

• A: Yes, to maintain our high standards of fresh sourcing and reliable transport across London, we have a minimum order corporate catering London value of £100 per booking. This is easily met across our menu, allowing you to mix and match sandwich platters, finger buffets, and morning pastry boxes for your team.

Every care is taken to avoid any cross contamination when processing a specific allergen free order.

However, we work in a kitchen which processes allergenic ingredients and we not have an allergen free zone.

We can never guarantee something is totally free from any allergen.

• Eats & Leaves, products are supplied for direct customer use only.

• Under no circumstances is our food to be re-sold to a third party.

• Customers must comply with any instructions and recommendations of in relation to the storage and use of the products supplied (for example and without limitation, use by dates).

• Eats & Leaves reserves the right to accept or refuse any credit account application and to terminate any such account at any time and need not give any reason for any such decision.

• We prepare all our food ourselves in our kitchen in Battersea.

• We deliver it all ourselves as well.

• We also understand that presentation is key to making a lasting impression. That’s why we take care of not just the catering, but also the photography. ☺

Eats & leaves opened its first shop in Wigmore Street London W1 in 2007. In 2011 we set-up our first central kitchen in Nine Elms London & ventured into corporate catering, offering high quality freshly prepared food. In 2016 we relocated to a larger premises in Battersea London SW11.
